These are the rules which are in operation for our Cornwall/Parnell Challenge Cup and which the Junior Club seek agreement on when hosting other interclub tournaments. We also use these rules as a discussion draft when arranging our participation in tournaments hosted by other clubs. We feel they are comprehensive and cover off all areas where our coaches have encountered difficulties in the past. We urge sister clubs in our region to look to adopt our suggested rules in a joint effort to ensure interpretative consistency across the Junior tournament programme.
