Cornwall Cricket Club is always on the lookout and welcoming to new senior players who wish to join the club which is recognized as the largest in Australasia.
Cornwall is situated at the picturesque Cornwall Park, nestled against the slopes of One Tree Hill, with an atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional English village cricket field. This attracts a lot of good cricketers and makes for an excellent social scene within the club.
Cornwall currently has many grade and social teams. We can find a place for players of any ability.
Grade cricket is considered serious cricket and requires a reasonable time commitment. These are ‘selected’ sides that play a mixture of 1 and 2 day cricket.
The Premier team is the top team and is the flagship team of the club.
One day cricket is considered social cricket, but is still competitive. These sides only play one day cricket and are usually formed by groups of mates with a passion for the game. However, they are always on the lookout for new recruits!
We also cater for T20 teams who play on Sunday afternoons.
